About me
Jasmine John, Ed.D., has more than 10 years of experience in education and training. She began her career as a trainer and educator before serving in roles including instructional coach and curriculum designer. In 2024, Jasmine transitioned into corporate learning and development and joined Westlake, where she serves as the Learning and Development Manager supporting the Housing & Infrastructure Products (HIP) business. In her current role, Jasmine oversees leadership development initiatives across the organization. Jasmine's passion lies in creating and leading engaging training opportunities that support growth within the organization. Her approach to employee development is rooted in practical, quality-driven training methods and a strong commitment to the continuous improvement of leadership programs. Jasmine earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Houston Christian University and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Instructional Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She is a member of ATD National and a DDI-certified facilitator.
