Jade Williams, PMP, CSM, CSPO, is a Data Operations Manager at CareWorks, a Sedgwick Company, and Founder of PlotOnIt AI Consulting, where she helps organizations navigate the human side of AI adoption. With over 10 years of experience spanning data operations, IT, project management, and business development, she brings a practitioner's perspective to the gap between AI capability and real-world implementation. Jade holds an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona Global, an MA in Mass Communication and BBA in Management from Texas Southern University. She is the founder of The Confidence Project, which helps professionals build the skills and mindset to lead through change, and the author of seven signature talks on AI adoption, leadership, and professional development. She is an active member of the PMI Houston community.
